Gathering Groups Small group. Steady care.
Psychedelic-assisted therapy support

There’s room in the circle for what you’re carrying.

Gathering Groups is a twelve-week, small-group program for first responders and others carrying trauma. Prepare online, meet in person for a supported retreat, then return to the same people to make sense of what follows.

The twelve weeks

A steady rhythm, with room to be human.

Trust is not rushed. The same people return each week, so you can speak plainly, listen without fixing, or take a breath before finding words. The retreat sits inside that rhythm, held by the weeks on either side.

  1. Weeks 1–7 Online

    Meet. Listen. Prepare.

Weekly video sessions make familiarity possible. You learn the rhythm, meet the people beside you, and prepare without pretending certainty.

  2. Week 8 In person

    Gather beyond the screen.

The retreat is not a standalone leap. By week eight, the circle is familiar, the preparation is shared, and no one is arriving among strangers.

  3. Weeks 9–12 Online

    Return. Notice. Integrate.

The weekly circle continues after the retreat, with time to notice what changed, name what matters, and carry the work into ordinary life.

A week, at a glance

The details stay simple. The circle stays human.

Clear timing, a familiar group, and a little room to arrive. The practical pieces should support the session, not become another thing to carry.

The first step

Start with a conversation, not a commitment.

Ask how the program works. Say what you are unsure about. Take the space you need to decide whether this circle feels like the right next step.

A separate research pathway

The clinical trial has its own door.

Alongside the group program, a clinical trial is studying psilocybin-assisted group therapy. Research participation begins through its own careful process.
